- $ 130,000- $165,000 annual salary + production bonus
- DVM Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Cash Program — earn annual bonuses based on your production

- Looking for a DVM who wouldn't mind working 10–12-hour days and Saturday (or at least on rotation)
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
- Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and client-education skills
- (Optional role-specific skills: Medical Director, exotics, soft tissue or orthopedic surgery, new-grad friendly, etc.)
