The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for an Accounting Coordinator. Ideal candidate will have experience in an accounting or AP/AR role and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Process and enter vendor invoices
Verify invoices and supporting documentation
Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquires
Upload invoices and post revenue
Apply customer payments
Respond to routine customer billing inquiries
Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close
Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education:

High School Diploma
Associate degree or higher preferred

Required Experience:

1+ years of accounting, AP/AR or bookkeeping experience
Basic understanding of accounting practices
Proficiency with Excel
Experience in NetSuite is a plus
