Pay range: $23.00-$29.00

Position Mission Alvarado Restaurant Nation is seeking a highly skilled General Maintenance Technician to support restaurants by ensuring facilities are well-maintained and in good repair. Responsibilities Include: • Use your expertise to perform necessary maintenance on restaurant buildings across multiple sites. • Repair and replace tiling, light fixtures, drywall, cabinets, shelving, and perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs. • Maintain a safe and organized work area, use hand and power tools appropriately, and complete other repairs as needed. Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record • 2+ years of experience in tiling, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, or woodwork. • Experience working in general maintenance within the restaurant industry is preferred. • Flexible and willing to work a varied schedule • Self-starter, process and solutions-focused, enthusiastic and supportive of the company's mission and values • Able to remain positive in high-pressure situations Other Attributes: · Must be a self-starter, process and solutions focused · Enthusiastic and strong driver of the company’s Mission and Core Values · Remain positive in high pressure and stressful situations · Demonstrates critical thinking, communication and relationship-building skills · Consistently takes initiative, works independently, sets priorities, makes judicious decisions, and meets deadlines. · Finishes duties and projects as required and assigned in an efficient and timely manner. · Understands what it takes to be successful in a matrixed organization and get stuff done · Works additional hours as needed. · Regular and punctual attendance. Additional Information: Physical Demands: Standard office work environment. The physical demands for this position are sits, stands, bends, lifts and moves intermittently during working hours.
