Pedcor Homes Corporation is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to join our team. We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people find a place to call home. Whether you bring apartment leasing experience or a strong background in sales, customer service, or hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll:

• Tour apartments and community amenities with prospective residents
• Assist with application processing and resident move-in documentation
• Submit and track work orders
• Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Build strong relationships while helping maintain high occupancy levels

What we're looking for:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of Fair Housing laws
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday requirements
• Apartment industry experience preferred, but not required
• Section 42 Tax Credit experience preferred, but not required
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to excellent service
