Are you passionate about quality systems, continuous improvement, and leading teams in a manufacturing environment? Greenwood Fabricating & Plating is seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to oversee our Quality Assurance team while helping maintain and improve our Quality Management System.

Compensation & Benefits

$85,000–$110,000 annually
(Based on experience)

What You'll Do

Lead our Quality team by:

• Supervising Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors
• Maintaining ISO-compliant quality systems and documentation
• Leading internal audits and supporting customer audits
• Driving Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions (CAPA)
• Monitoring quality metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
• Supporting new product launches
• Working cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Operations
• Building a culture focused on quality, accountability, and process excellence

We're Looking For

Candidates with:

3–5+ years of manufacturing quality experience

Previous supervisory or leadership experience

Strong knowledge of:

• ISO Quality Systems
• Root Cause Analysis
• CAPA
• FMEA
• PPAP
• Control Plans
• Technical Drawings

Excellent organizational and communication skills

A passion for developing people and improving processes
