Job Description

We’re looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. You’ll support patient care under the direction of a Physical Therapist and help patients reach their functional goals in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care according to the PT’s treatment plan.
  • Assist with implementing therapeutic exercises and interventions.
  • Document patient progress and education clearly and accurately.
  • Communicate changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
  • Support rehab techs and contribute to smooth clinic flow.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and safety.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (new grads welcome).
  • Current or upcoming Wisconsin PTA license and CPR certification.
  • Interest in or willingness to learn outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently within a supportive team
