Position Overview
DMA Industries is seeking a motivated and experienced Inbound Supervisor - Receiving to lead our receiving operations within our Distribution Center.Â
This role is responsible for Overseeing all inbound freight activities, including replenishment, receiving, unloading, quality inspections, inventory reconciliation, staging, and put-away of imported containers, domestic vendor shipments, and intercompany transfers.Â
The Inbound Supervisor - Receiving leads a team of Quality Control Inspectors and Material Handling Associates while ensuring all inbound shipments are processed accurately, safely, and on schedule.Â
This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting customer order fulfillment.
We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching teams, solving problems, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.
What You'll Do
• Lead and supervise all daily inbound receiving operations.Â
• Manage the unloading, inspection, staging, and put-away of inbound freight.Â
• Verify shipments against manifests and investigate shortages, overages, or damaged goods.Â
• Maintain and update the Master Receiving Schedule.Â
• Ensure compliance with all receiving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Â
• Supervise and coach Quality Control Inspectors and Material Handling Associates.Â
• Coordinate staffing and daily labor assignments to meet operational demands.Â
• Monitor department productivity and report KPI performance.Â
• Partner closely with Supply Chain, Operations, and Warehouse leadership.Â
• Maintain organized receiving documentation and records.Â
• Identify opportunities for process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.Â
• Promote a culture focused on safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED requiredÂ
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferredÂ
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse receiving, shipping, or distribution experienceÂ
- Previous supervisory experience leading teams of 3–10 employeesÂ
- Experience working in fast-paced warehouse or distribution environmentsÂ
- Strong computer skills including:Â
- Microsoft ExcelÂ
- Microsoft WordÂ
- Email      Â
- ERP/Warehouse Management SystemsÂ
- Excellent organizational and time management skillsÂ
- Strong communication and leadership abilitiesÂ
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlinesÂ

Physical Requirements
