Job Title: Mitigation Supervisor - Restoration (Water - Fire - Mold)

What You'll Own

Lead crews on water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation projects
Drive job performance, drying goals, and project timelines
Ensure all work meets IICRC standards
Train and develop technicians into strong field performers
Manage equipment setup (air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA)
Oversee job documentation (photos, moisture logs, daily reports)
Serve as the main contact for customers and adjusters

What You Bring and Requirements

3+ years in restoration, water damage, or mitigation services- with IICRC WRT Cert.
Leadership experience (Crew Chief, Lead Tech, or Supervisor)
Strong understanding of drying equipment and moisture mapping
Valid driver's license (acceptable MVR)

Preferred:

CRC certifications
Experience with MICA, Mitigate, Dash, or Xactimate
