Warehouse Team Lead / Inspection Lead

Pay: $19+/hour (based on experience)

Available Shifts

  • 6:20 AM – 7:30 PM (10-hour rotating shift)
  • 7:30 PM – 6:10 AM (10-hour rotating shift)
  • 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Sunday–Thursday)

Requirement: Forklift experience required

Job Overview

The Warehouse Team Lead supports daily warehouse operations by leading assigned personnel and ensuring work is completed efficiently, accurately, and safely. This role is responsible for guiding team members, maintaining workflow, and meeting customer and company standards while adhering to all quality and safety requirements. The Team Lead works closely with Supervisors or Operations Management and provides feedback related to productivity and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee inspection processes and manage laborers at assigned inspection tables
  • Lead by example while maintaining organization and good housekeeping throughout the facility
  • Ensure employees work safely and comply with all company health and safety policies
  • Immediately report any accidents or incidents to a Supervisor
  • Coordinate shift start activities, including table setup and staffing needs
  • Ensure appropriate tools and materials are available for job completion
  • Provide on-the-job training for new work instructions as needed
  • Maintain accountability for personnel assigned to specific jobs
  • Provide performance feedback to Supervisors or Managers
  • Report policy or procedure violations
  • Participate in and support all health and safety initiatives

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Forklift experience required
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train and guide others
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
