Front Office Coordinator | Dental Office

Join our growing dental team as a Front Office Coordinator and play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional who is passionate about providing best-in-class patient care and ensuring every patient feels welcomed and valued at every visit.

Schedule

  • Monday: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Thursday: 5:45 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Friday: Closed (occasional Fridays may be required based on business needs)

 

 

 

 


Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Greet and welcome patients with a positive, professional attitude
  • Schedule appointments and manage the daily patient calendar
  • Answer phones and assist patients with questions and concerns
  • Verify insurance benefits and process patient paperwork
  • Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience
  • Help create a warm, efficient, and patient-focused office environment

 

 

 


Qualifications

 What We're Looking For
  • Previous dental or healthcare front office experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with dental software is a plus
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
