Proven track record of driving service department profitability and customer satisfaction Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills Experience analyzing KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency with dealership management systems and service department software Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
