We are deeply rooted in our mission of being a FORCE for Good, and we’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join our growing, tight-knit therapy team of five superstar clinicians.

What You’ll Do:
A physical therapist provides services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of residents/patients suffering from injuries or disease.
- Establishes and administers a treatment plan with specific therapy goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the physician.
- Assesses patient needs; plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
- Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
- Sets realistic and achievable goals for patients/residents.
- Documents and records the patients’/residents’ condition and progress per state and federal regulations.
- Educates patients and families in an appropriate therapy method.
- Optimizes the functionality and skills of patients by providing, directing and/or overseeing the screening of all residents.
- Communicates patient status and needs to the patient, family, and other involved professionals.
- Ensures punctuality and regular attendance for assigned shifts.
What You Bring:
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and physical therapy techniques.
- Positive, motivational energy, and a passion for patient care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dedication to patient confidentiality and ethical care delivery.
Education
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist programÂ
Licenses/Certification
- Current Oregon PT license required – We’ll cover the cost if you don’t have one yet!
- Current CPR certification required
Experience
- Six-month experience in a long-term care environment preferred
