We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable retail associates to join our team at. In this role, you will help create a positive shopping experience by greeting customers, assisting with product selections, and providing excellent customer service. You will maintain the sales floor by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and ensuring the store environment is inviting and well-presented. You will also handle customer returns and support your team in achieving sales goals. This position offers flexible scheduling, employee discounts, and the chance to work with popular brands like Ann Taylor, LOFT, J. Crew, and Polo Ralph Lauren in a lively retail setting.

Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and offer assistance to enhance their shopping experience. Answer questions about products, sizes, and store services. Keep the sales floor organized and well-stocked with merchandise. Process customer returns efficiently and accurately. Support team members in maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.
