Windsor Manor Grinnell is hiring Caregivers (Resident Assistants) for multiple openings — full-time and part-time overnight shifts. Whatever schedule fits your life, we have a role that works — and a team that will invest in your future from day one.

No Medication Aide certification? No problem. We'll train you — on our dime.

Positions Available

• Full-Time | 3rd Shift (Overnight) | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Part-Time | 3rd Shift (Overnight) | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents
• Assist with personal care — bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and comfort
• Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes to the care team
• Build genuine connections with residents who count on your presence every shift
• Grow into a Medication Aide role with fully paid on-the-job training

What You Bring

• A genuine heart for caring for seniors
• Prior caregiving, CNA, or healthcare experience preferred but not required
• Dependable, patient, and comfortable working independently
• A desire to learn, grow, and build a healthcare career worth having
• No certifications required — we'll train you from day one!
