Overview
This candidate will support coordination of a unified data integrity process working alongside payroll, training, and other departments as identified. This candidate will be responsibile for the data entry and other administrative tasks surrounding employee files and wage. This position requires a highly motivated self-starter, ability to adapt to new processes, first time data quality and tracking, ready to work in a fast-paced production environment to support hourly employees from a labor relations team function. This position will report directly to the Chief of Labor Relations. Additional Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Collaboration with the Labor Relations, Training, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition team
- Identify and support first time quality in data entry and administration
- Proactively identifying areas of improvement and ability to drive towards a solution
- Support the movement of resources and processes based on business need
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years utilizing Microsoft Suite to include Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
- 1+ year utilizing and working with an HRIS system
Preferred:
- 2+ years utilizing an HRIS (HR Business System)

- Must be task oriented with the ability to organize, prioritize, and execute tasks

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail with the ability for quality and accuracy of data inputs
