Using a gender-responsive and trauma-informed approach, the program provides individualized support focused on recovery, employment, life skills development, and successful community reintegration. Through structured programming and case management, Women’s Bridge helps residents build the skills, stability, and supports needed to achieve greater independence, reduce recidivism, and lead productive, healthy lives.   Position Summary: This Residential Aide- will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure and supervision to justice involved women as they re-enter the community after a period of incarceration. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice involved or have a client/customer support background and be highly motivated to help others make positive change. An ability to be both structured and compassionate while maintaining professional and respectful boundaries is required.
