Pay, Schedule & Location

Salary: $54,000-$64,000 annually
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Location: Oversight of six Adult Day Services sites throughout Franklin County

What You'll Do

Lead and develop teams providing high-quality, person-centered services
Foster a positive culture focused on engagement, growth, and accountability
Use data and operational insights to improve performance and outcomes
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across multiple sites
Build strong relationships with individuals served, families, staff, and community partners
Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and resources to achieve operational goals

Qualifications

1-2 years of supervisory experience, preferably supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of personal auto insurance
Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications and training
