Salary: $100,000-$120,000 DOE

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller who’s enjoyable to work with, and that can thoughtfully bring the efficiency, ownership, and passion needed to help our growing $20 million company keep up with rapidly rising demand.

At Advance CNC Machining, we specialize in producing high precision machined parts for customers from coast to coast including equipment manufacturers, food, drug and the aerospace and defense industries. What You’ll Do

As our Financial Controller, you’ll provide financial accuracy and effectiveness—while modeling the accountability, resourcefulness, and humility that define our culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading cost accounting efforts in a manufacturing job-shop environment.
• Overseeing Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and month-end close with accuracy and timeliness to ensure dependable cash flow.
• Managing full compliance with federal, state, and local taxing authorities.
• Partnering with leadership on budgeting while maintaining effective internal controls.

Compensation package includes:

• 401k plan with a generous 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year
• 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) your first year, increasing annually up to 200 hours.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a financial professional with a spirit of cooperation, aptitude, willingness, and proactivity to excel in a fast-paced and growing manufacturing environment.

The skills needed:

• Deep knowledge of cost accounting.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, effectiveness, proactivity, and collaboration.
• High proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel, including advanced reporting and modeling.
• Expert-level experience with federal, state and local tax filings.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
