Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with setting up dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment for residents

- Serve meals to residents in accordance with established procedures

- Deliver meals to residents' tables or rooms as needed

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and service areas

- Support residents with their dining needs, ensuring a respectful and pleasant experience

- Follow safety, health, and hygiene standards at all times

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth dining operations

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Reliable transportation to and from the community

- Understanding of safety, health, and hygiene practices

- Experience working with older adults is preferred

- Ability to successfully pass a background screening process

- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English

- Good communication skills and a friendly, respectful demeanor
