A Day in The Life of a Senior Administrator

As a Senior Administrator in Operations, you will be responsible for operational support at a facility level. You will process and run reports, determine purchasing needs for the department and handle inquiries and orders.

  • Conducts inventory control procedures
  • Help with coverage, training, and development of other professionals
  • Maintain return authorization and credit memo forms
  • File and research freight claims when appropriate
  • Assist with building maintenance and security
  • Run and distribute various branch reports

Education & Experience

  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • 3 years of operational or administrative experience preferred
  • 3 years of customer service and internal sales experience preferred
