Do you like a fast-paced environment where safety, quality, and innovation all work together? If so, we want you to lead our Compounding team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee raw material management, pre-weigh, and batching operations across all shifts.
  •  Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to boost safety, quality, productivity, and cost-efficiency.
  • Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering to keep everything running smoothly.
  •   Coach and mentor your team to meet performance goals and uphold GMP, SOP, and safety standards.
  • Lead investigations into non-conformities and safety incidents, ensuring root causes are addressed.
  • Recommend capital investments and infrastructure improvements to support long-term growth.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and performance reviews while safeguarding sensitive information.

 What We Need from You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (or 10+ years of compounding experience).
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in chemical compounding (cosmetics or pharma preferred.)
  • 5+ years of proven leadership in a supervisory role.
  • Deep knowledge of GMP, OSHA, and batching principles preferred
  • Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and managing budgets.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and wear PPE as required.
  •  Able to work with an exposure to motorized equipment and moderate noise levels.
