Overview:

The Security Lead is responsible for the duties of Security Guard and to provide guidance to the security group. This person shall ensure that all equipment is kept in operating order and that policy and procedures are being followed.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Completes schedule.
Ensure that all shifts are covered.
Resolves disputes amongst employees.
Promotes professional of the group.
Checks all boxes, packages, bags, containers and the likes that are entering and leaving the property.
Conducts Security rounds.
Checks in and out trailers.
Monitors people’s coming and going.
Monitors the parking lot.
Completes forms as necessary.
Monitors the CCTV.
Writes reports.
Enforces policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or (GED) equivalent
Three years minimum of experience or certification
Ability to spend the majority of the work day standing and walking.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to in all weather conditions making outside rounds during all seasons.
Ability to make rounds in the facility which will also expose them to a variety of temperatures and conditions.
Bilingual a plus.
