We are currently seeking a qualified Full Time facility Maintenance Director to join our team at Peak Resources Peak Resources Shelby.

Typical Work Schedule is: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm


Role Responsibilities

Responsible and accountable for maintaining physical plant and essential mechanical, electrical, and resident care equipment in safe operating condition. Oversees safety and preventative maintenance. 

Requirements

Required Skills, Required Education, Licensure, and/or Certifications 

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three (3) years physical plant and equipment experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace

Preferred Experience

  • Understanding of Life Safety Code in the long-term care setting
