Responsibilities

  • Lead daily clinic operations to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, workflow coordination, and resource allocation
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of clinic team members
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration between providers, staff, and leadership
  • Coach, mentor, and support employee performance while promoting accountability and engagement
  • Monitor operational and financial performance, including budgets, payroll, and productivity metrics
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, privacy, and accreditation requirements
  • Maintain clinic readiness by supporting policy updates, staff education, and quality initiatives
  • Champion a positive, team-oriented culture focused on service, innovation, and continuous learning

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required OR a combination of education and experience.

 

Experience:

  • At least 2 years leadership/administration experience with a strong clinical background in compliance and regulation.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, including billing and collections, with ICD-9/ICD-10 and CPT coding.

 

License(s)/Certification(s):

  • Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN) licensure preferred.
