Sonic Summary

This position serves as the team lead for online banking and ACH support.
The role also involves assisting with Fraud and ATM digital banking, Verafin alerts, and Express Banker issues.
Candidates should have proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with strong leadership skills.
The position requires a good work ethic, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
The hourly rate is dependent on experience, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and occasional overtime may be required.

Position Summary:

This position will function as the team lead and provide support for online banking and ACH. In addition, the position will also provide support for the Fraud and ATM digital banking positions, as well as assist with Verafin alerts and Express Banker issues.

Qualfications:

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong work ethic and leadership ability
Highly organized and detail oriented
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a close environment

Hourly rate dependent upon experience

Monday-Friday; 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Occasional approve overtime
