  • Identify production roadblocks and develop strategies to prevent disruptions and improve operational performance.
  • Analyze and coordinate all aspects of demand forecasting and production planning activities.
  • Support Network Planners in inventory projections and proactively identify service level risks.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement initiatives to optimize inventory turns while maintaining target service levels.
  • Evaluate supply and demand trends and recommend actions to mitigate potential shortages or excess inventory.
  • Support Bill of Materials (BOM) processes and maintain planning data accuracy.
  • Partner with Network Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution, Engineering, Quality, and other functional teams to meet customer demand and financial objectives.
  • Support product launches by coordinating planning and supply chain activities to ensure successful implementation without business interruption.
  • Coordinate manufacturing windows for maintenance activities, validations, project implementation, and other operational requirements.
  • Participate in operating review meetings and support cross-functional decision-making.
  • Support Network Planning activities to ensure ERP system parameters align with plant processes and business requirements.
  • Monitor, review, and update system parameters to support planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Generate, analyze, and communicate planning data and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Provide backup support for purchasing activities as required.
  • Monitor planning and operational KPIs and communicate risks, issues, and corrective actions to stakeholders.
  • Inform Network Planning and leadership teams of high-impact issues affecting manufacturing operations.
  • Evaluate alternatives and implement solutions to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Lead or support supply chain operational excellence projects and plant improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance service levels, profitability, productivity, and inventory performance.
  • Support the overall production planning process, including budget and forecast analyses in partnership with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance.
  • Gather, analyze, and present data for monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) reviews.
  • Prepare reports related to service levels, schedule attainment, supply planning, capacity analysis, resource utilization, and operational performance.
  • Identify critical business issues and facilitate discussions that support organizational goals and objectives.

What You'll Bring
