Store Manager – Quick Service Restaurant

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, customer service, cash management, and daily operational execution.
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate team members while fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
- Support the onboarding and ongoing development of new and existing employees.
- Prepare employee schedules based on operational needs and established labor guidelines.
- Manage inventory, supplier requisitions, merchandise receiving, and product availability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, quality audits, company procedures, and internal policies.
- Monitor service quality and operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Recognize team achievements through positive reinforcement, ongoing feedback, and supportive leadership.
- Address operational challenges and make timely, effective decisions while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Completed bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
- One to two years of management experience in a restaurant, coffee shop, quick-service, or casual-dining environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, motivate, and develop employees.
- Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a high-volume environment.
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, and operational compliance is preferred.
Required Availability
Candidates must have full availability to work rotating schedules between 5:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m., Monday through Sunday, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
