Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze and report equipment unit failures, while documenting every maintenance action and progress in the available platform.
- Draft maintenance plans based on analysis and best practices of the company.
- Prioritize and justify maintenance plans according to consequences and losses considering the criticality of the equipment and the operation impact.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and restore functionality safely and efficiently.
- Consider compliance with related agencies and safety programs in all maintenance plans, while promoting a safety culture within contractors.
Position Requirements
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
- Related experience while holding a similar role or performing similar tasks is required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken is required.
- Must possess proven experience in managing and coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
- Possessing supervisory experience is a plus.
- Possess experience in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
- Ability to interpret diagrams, mechanical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Experience in performing maintenance plans with tasks requiring: LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), confined space entry, and hot work procedures.
Compensation
- $60,000 annually (exempt)
