LUXURY AUTO EXPERT

Position Summary:

The Genius Auto Expert is a highly trained auto specialist who provides customers with expert guidance, demonstrations, and explanations of all the cars features, benefits, and innovations before, during, and after the purchase. This role enhances the customer experience by delivering in-depth product knowledge in a pressure-free environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the car expert and brand ambassador on the showroom floor.

• Educate customers on vehicle features, technologies, and specifications.

• Conduct personalized demonstrations, presentations, and answer product-related questions.

• Support sales consultants with product details throughout the sales process.

• Ensure a world-class, customer-centric experience that aligns with our client standards.
