Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

To strengthen our Team in Puerto Rico at our Guaynabo Site, we are looking for a Production Supervisor for our second shift.  We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift operations in a fast-paced folding carton manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while leading and developing a team of operators. 

Your Role

• You will supervise daily production operations (die cutting, folder-gluing)
• You will lead, coach, and develop production staff to meet performance goals
• You will ensure production targets (efficiency, waste, downtime) are achieved
• You will monitor product quality and enforce standards
• You will enforce safety policies and maintain a safe work environment
• You will coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams
• You will complete shift reports and communicate with other supervisors

Your Profile

• You are Bilingual
• You have a Bachelors Degree
• You have 3+ years of experience in manufacturing (packaging or printing preferred)
• You have 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role
• You have strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• You have basic knowledge of production metrics and reporting
