To strengthen our Quality Team in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, we are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Technician for a contract assignment.

 

The selected candidate will be responsible for process, product, and internal audits, batch record reviews, production line inspections, and document control activities within the Quality Assurance Department. This role ensures that quality data can be confidently used to support final product decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations. 

Your Role

 

  • You will perform process, product, and internal audits to ensure compliance with Quality Assurance standards and procedures.
  • You will review batch records and quality documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
  • You will conduct production line inspections and support daily manufacturing operations to maintain product quality standards.
  • You will manage document control activities, including the review, organization, and maintenance of quality records and procedures.
  • You will support investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Assurance Department.
  • You will ensure that quality data is accurate, reliable, and available to support final product disposition and operational decision-making.

Your Profile

 

  • You have an Associate Degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Technology/Engineering, or a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Quality Inspector or in a related role.
  • You have experience working in a GMP-regulated environment and understand quality and compliance requirements within manufacturing operations.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including accurate and legible documentation practices.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
  • You can work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams and across different organizational levels.
  • You are self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing assignments while maintaining strong record-keeping practices.
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office applications and able to use them effectively to support reporting and documentation activities.
