Gluing Operator 2nd Shift

To strengthen our Team in Puerto Rico at our Guaynabo Site, we are looking for a Gluer Operator for our Folding and Gluing Department. 

We are seeking for a dynamic and responsible Gluer Operator who will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring the folder-gluer machine. The operator ensures that the finished packaging products meet quality standards, production deadlines, and safety requirements.

Your Role

• You will set up and operate the folder-gluer machine according to the production order. 

• You will monitor the folding and gluing process to ensure product quality and efficiency. 

• You will perform format changeovers and make precise mechanical adjustments as needed. 

• You will contribute with your ideas and active participation in our employer branding initiatives 

• You will inspect finished products for proper alignment, folding, gluing, and cleanliness. 

Your Profile

• You have a High School Diploma

• You have already gained 2-3 years of experience operating folder-gluer machines in the folding carton/packaging industry. 

• You are skilled in making mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting issues.
