The Warehouse Operator position is a Full time, Temporary position.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 
•    Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise according to company procedures. 
•    Prepare and dispatch outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. 
•    Maintain inventory records and assist with regular cycle counts and audits. 
•    Organize and clean warehouse areas to ensure a safe and efficient workspace. 
•    Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training and certification provided). 
•    Follow safety protocols and report any issues or hazards to the supervisor. 
•    Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed. 
•    Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals. 
•    Complies fully and consistently with the Company's standards, policies, and procedures and the local and federal laws applicable to our industry, business, and employment practices. 
•    May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, in accordance with the education and experience requirements contained in this document.


QUALIFICATIONS
•    High school diploma or equivalent.
•    Minimum six (6) months of experience in similar roles (preferred).


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
•    Previous experience operating a forklift is a plus.
•    Willingness to complete company-provided forklift training and certification.
•    Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems.
•    Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
•    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•    Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
CERTIFICATIONS/ LICENSES/ PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
•    Forklift Operator Certification is required for this role. Training and certification will be provided by the company.


WORKING CONDITIONS
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
•    The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud due to warehouse machinery and equipment.
•    Will operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts; may occasionally use a computer or handheld device for inventory tracking.
•    The employee generally works indoors in a warehouse setting, with exposure to varying temperatures depending on the season and storage requirements.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or overtime based on operational needs.
•    Occasional offsite visits may be required for deliveries, pickups, or training, as requested by the organization.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

•    Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods while performing warehouse tasks and operating equipment.
•    Regular use of hands and arms for lifting, carrying, and handling merchandise and warehouse tools.
•    Occasional lifting and carrying of items weighing up to 25 pounds; heavier loads may be handled with assistance or equipment.
•    Strong visual and auditory skills are essential to operate machinery safely and identify potential hazards in the warehouse environment.
