As the Development & Communications Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: Ā
- Process and accurately enter donations into the development database, ensuring gifts and donor information are recorded in a timely manner.
- Prepare and mail donor acknowledgment and thank-you letters, ensuring donors receive prompt and accurate recognition of their support.
- Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date donor records and database information, including data entry and updates.
- Assist with donor stewardship activities, including donor correspondence, follow-up, invitations, and other communications.
- Assist with database reporting, including preparing donor lists, reports, and other information needed by the Development team.
- Assist with the development, proofreading, editing, and preparation of communications and marketing materials, including newsletters, appeals, publications, and correspondence.
- Assist with social media and digital communications in support of fundraising campaigns, events, and organizational initiatives.
Development & Communications AssistantĀ Minimum Salary: $Ā 22.00/hour
Development & Communications AssistantĀ Maximum Salary: $25.00/hour
Development & Communications CoordinatorĀ Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 4PM (35 hours/week)
Qualifications: Ā
- Associates Degree in Marketing or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Valid driverās license, proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable, working vehicle
