POSITION PROFILE
Receive, record, and expedite all in orders while ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and the achievement / maintenance of property standards and profit maximization.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES
- Take orders and payment for outlet specific  orders communicating with guest daily specials, in accordance with policies and procedures to ensure top quality guest service.
- Process guest checks and perform all cash handling responsibilities in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Complete all shift side work as outlined in the hotel's operating policies and procedures.
- Respond to customer needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales. Report all communications to immediate shift supervisor.
- Check with guest to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Three - Six months in a food/beverage services environment or establishment.
- Must have vision ability to clearly see detailed guest checks, computer print outs, written instructions and to observe entire restaurant in dimly lit conditions.
- Must have manual coordination to punch buttons, grasp items in hand, and to balance and carry trays loaded with food and beverages.
- Able to read, speak and understand English. to management, staff and guests. Tips Certification required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Â Able to lift, push, carry 20 - 40 lbs. Stand continuously for long periods of time.
- Continuous Standing as needed
- Lift, pull, push, bend, and move items to support the hotel and outlets
