POSITION PROFILE

Responsible for providing quality tune-ups and repairs, building bikes and giving world-class customer service which contributes to the success of the team and the entire company.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES

• Serve as a knowledgeable resource to our customers.
• Inspect, repair and service bicycles.
• Prioritize work orders in an efficient manner.
• Remain current on industry and product trends and demonstrate knowledge of products.
• Build bikes from the box to a safe, ready to ride bike.
• Assist in quality control and deployment of bikes.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, safety and organization.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Ability to maintain and repair bicycles. Communicate information and hotel services to management, staff and guests.
• Three-six months prior experience in a related position.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

•  Able to lift, push, carry 20 - 40 lbs. Stand continuously for long periods of time.
• Continuous Standing as needed
• Lift, pull, push, bend, and move items to support the hotel and outlets
