THE POSITION

Class A tractor-trailer operation, fully DOT compliant
No-touch dry van freight – approximately 70% drop and hook
Consistent delivery schedules with strong on-time performance expectations
Accurate ELD logs, DVIRs and trip documentation maintained daily
Thorough pre and post-trip vehicle inspections every shift
Professional communication with dispatch and customers at all times

YOUR FIRST WEEKS ON THE JOB

New drivers are placed with a dedicated one-on-one trainer. You run real miles on real routes together for 3 to 5 weeks. You are evaluated throughout and go solo only when you are ready. Your paycheck runs from day one of training – not after.

Training includes:

Tractor-trailer handling and road safety
ELD and hours-of-service compliance
Pre and post-trip inspection procedures
Dispatch communication and company policies

PAY AND BENEFITS

$1,200 to $1,500 per week via direct deposit
Safety and performance bonuses

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Class A CDL license
21 years of age or older
120 or more hours completed at an accredited CDL school
Clean driving record
Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
