Coordinator/Educator - NICU & Pediatrics - Days - FT

The Coordinator is accountable and responsible 24 hours per day for managing and demonstrating leadership skills in the systems management of practice and/or operations issues.  These activities should ensure appropriate outcomes and efficient, effective team processes, guiding activities of the area, including but not limited to the staff, environment and patients. 

Required Education: Graduate of an accredited program with the minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Required Licensure: Current MS RN license or compact license

Required Experience: Three (3) years in the specified clinical area or specified operational experience

Preferred Experience: One (1) year as a charge nurse
