H2O Innovation is a leading company in water and wastewater treatment, specializing in innovative water technologies, services, specialty products, and contract operations.

We are seeking a Water/Sewer/Construction Laborer to join our team in Gulfport, MS. In this permanent & full-time role, the laborer will assist the crew with the installation, repair, & maintenance of underground water and sewer lines.

The Day-to-Day

  • Help with installation, repairs and maintenance of water and sewer lines.
  • Assist crew with completing work orders and meeting benchmarks
  • Support the installation of new water and sewer taps.
  • Ensure daily operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
  • Participate in a rotating call/OT schedule, working one week at a time.

 

The Skills We Are Looking For 

  • Knowledge of water and sewer line repair and installation is a plus;
  • Ability to demonstrate proper use of assigned equipment;
  • Familiarity with work hazards and safety precautions;
  • Ability to deal with the public on a regular basis in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions (all work is conducted outdoors);
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required;
  • Valid driver’s license.

The successful candidate will have to pass a background check which includes criminal background & motor vehicle report checks, as well as drug & alcohol screenings.
