K&R Staffing is seeking a friendly, dependable Counter Sales Representative for a company specializing in heavy-duty truck and 18-wheeler parts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable learning and identifying truck parts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the sales counter and over the phone
- Help customers identify and locate the correct heavy-duty truck parts
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the purchasing process
- Look up parts using computer systems, catalogs, and part numbers
- Process customer orders and sales transactions accurately
- Answer questions regarding products, pricing, and availability
- Communicate with warehouse staff regarding inventory and order fulfillment
- Build positive relationships with customers and repeat accounts
- Maintain a clean and organized counter/work area
Requirements
Ideal Candidates May Have Experience In:
Heavy-duty truck parts, 18-wheeler parts, diesel parts, automotive parts, parts departments, counter sales, inside sales, automotive retail, fleet maintenance, or truck repair environments.
