Job Summary:
The Operations Associate works on assigned projects with limited or no supervision while performing general manual labor tasks/housekeeping of production areas, various entry-level production positions, operation of material handling equipment and mobile equipment ensuring the work is effective and performed in accordance with all relevant codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities & Duties:
General labor and clean-up of production areas
Observe, monitor and report any conditions which could lead to product nonconformity.
Operate heavy equipment/machinery in a safe and appropriate manner.
Clean, inspect, and maintain/secure all equipment in compliance with MSHA, policies, and procedures.
Replace or assist other workers as needed or directed.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Be willing and able to work overtime and rotating shifts.
Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form; perform basic math functions.
Basic computer skills
Perform physical labor safely in noisy, dusty, and other harsh working conditions.
