Job DetailsJob Location: UT - Gunnison, UT 84634Job Title: Sanding Technician Position Reports to: Sanding Lead Status: Full-Time Schedule/Hours Expectation: Mon.-Thurs. /10 hrs. per day Location: Gunnison, UT Position Summary This position requires the Sanding technician to be able to take instructions and repeat them. You will need to have good time management to complete the multiple tasks that you will be doing at the same time. The Sanding Technician preps all the different types of stocks for the painting room. You will need to learn all the different stocks and the process to get them to the next stage within the quality expectations. Required Outcomes To become a great employee in this area you need to be able to learn all the processes and be able to take instruction and complete that task start to finish with the desired quality expected.   What makes you great for this role Can sit and perform repeatable tasks with high quality. Able to work overtime as needed.   Job Duties & Responsibilities Run a Sand blaster Run an orbital sander Learn the different stock configurations Learn the different preps for all the stocks Able to hit daily production quotas.
