Job DetailsJob Location: UT - Gunnison, UT 84634Position: Stock Layup Technician Reports to: Stock Layup Lead Full-Time, Monday-Thursday Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Tier 1 Technician to join our team. This role involves working with advanced materials such as carbon fiber, 2-part foams, and resin systems. You will perform a variety of hands-on tasks including layup, foam pouring, hand grinding, and finishing. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions accurately, and the discipline to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities Perform material layup, foam pouring, and resin application. Operate hand tools such as die grinders for finishing work. Learn and apply knowledge of various carbon fiber types, resin systems, and stock materials. Assist with press and injection system processes. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Follow established procedures and quality guidelines from start to finish on assigned tasks. Required Outcomes Develop a working knowledge of all production processes within the department. Consistently complete assigned tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and quality. Demonstrate the ability to learn new techniques and processes quickly and effectively.
