Qualifications: Candidate should hold a Master's degree in one of the recognized mental health professions, be a Colorado License Eligible/Licensed LPC, LMFT, LCSW or PsyD in the state of Colorado, and have a minimum of (2) two years’ experience in mental health field.  Salary: Therapist-Licensed: $69,430.40 - $79,227.20(Exempt) based on annualized salary. Must have current driver’s license, qualify for commercial vehicle insurance, and maintain a driving record that allows insurability with Axis Health System’ insurance agency.
