 What You'll Be Doing

• Install residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
• Install ductwork, line sets, thermostats, ventilation components, and more.
• Make sure every installation meets manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Test systems to ensure they're operating properly.
• Explain basic system operation to homeowners.
• Keep your jobsite clean, safe, and organized.
• Take pride in the finished product — because your name is attached to the work.

What We're Looking For

• Residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
• EPA Certification.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently while being a great team player.
• Someone who believes "good enough" isn't good enough.
