We are growing and hiring an Operations Assistant for our Insert Baltimore Branch—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of daily execution, and ensures both warehouse and installation operations run efficiently. This role is critical to maintaining service quality and supporting both field and sales teams.

ScheduleÂ
- Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (some Saturdays based on business needs)Â
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and support daily warehouse and installation operationsÂ
- Travel to job sites as needed to inspect installations and ensure quality standards are metÂ
- Communicate with flooring technicians, sales representatives, and customers to resolve issuesÂ
- Ensure installations are completed on schedule and aligned with expectationsÂ
- Operate warehouse equipment, pull materials, and assist with loading/unloadingÂ
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational readinessÂ
- Process and prepare orders for subcontractors and  internal teamsÂ
- Sell and distribute materials and supplies to subcontractorsÂ
- Maintain accurate inventory tagging and trackingÂ
- Inspect vehicles, equipment, and tools to ensure safety and operational performanceÂ

Qualifications
- 3–6 months of related experienceÂ
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, and operational instructionsÂ
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machineryÂ
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)Â
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shiftÂ
- Basic math skills (fractions, measurements, and calculations)Â
- Basic computer skills (Word; beginner to intermediate Excel)Â
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)Â
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordÂ
