About the Role

PSI is seeking aPlumbing Apprentice who is ready to start a hands-on career in the plumbing trade. This is a paid, entry-level opportunity designed to help you learn from experienced plumbers while building the skills needed for long-term career growth and licensure. This position is based out of our Gypsum, CO office.

What You’ll Do

Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations and repairs
Learn proper plumbing techniques, tools, and safety practices on the job
Organize, stock, and deliver plumbing materials and parts as needed
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites, trucks, and work areas
Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures
Support the warehouse and service teams as directed

What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn the plumbing trade
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and use of hand tools
Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly
Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional on-call rotations

Pay & Benefits

$23/hour or more, depending on experience and skills, plus performance-based incentives
