Job Overview 

Rocky Mountain Custom Landscapes is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Landscape Enhancement Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our enhancement crews. This leadership role is critical to delivering exceptional landscape services, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising field operations, mentoring crew leaders, coordinating project logistics, and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Lead, train, and mentor foremen and crew members to ensure consistent performance and professional development.

  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to recruit, onboard, and develop team members across all crew positions.

  • Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, job assignments, and material logistics to optimize crew productivity.

  • Enforce company protocols for the care and maintenance of vehicles, tools, and equipment.

  • Assist in scheduling enhancement projects to maximize efficiency and exceed client expectations.

  • Manage work orders and ensure timely, accurate completion and documentation of all tasks.

  • Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing landscapes and elevate the aesthetic and horticultural value of client properties.

  • Prepare and submit purchase orders, proposals, and other project documentation as needed.

  • Ensure consistent internal communication using company standards regarding property notes, meetings, schedules, and job updates.

  • Pursue ongoing education and certifications in horticulture and landscape management.

Job Requirements 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape enhancement installations, production management, and crew supervision.

  • Strong horticultural expertise, particularly in enhancement and garden improvement services.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire field teams.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective communicator in both field operations and client-facing interactions.

  • Familiarity with landscape tools, safety procedures, and work order systems.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license required.

  • Certifications in horticulture or landscape management are a plus.
