General Purpose

 

To ensure the successful start of the patient’s experience at MFHC.  Successful completion is when the patient’s information is collected timely, accurately and their financial responsibility is collected to the best of our ability.

 

Job Qualifications: 

 

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.  Associate degree preferred
  2. Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a medical or financial field preferred
  3. Minimum two (2) years’ experience in customer service capacity

 

Salary: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour; DOQ which includes $3.61 geographic pay incentive based on location
