We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role is the backbone of daily operations. We need someone who can multitask, stay organized under pressure, and keep communication and documentation flowing throughout the day.
This is a fast-paced, in-person office position.
Responsibilities Include:
• Managing administrative and office support tasks
• Assisting management and operations teams with daily needs
• Organizing schedules, notes, reports, and internal documentation
• Following up with employees, technicians, customers, and vendors
• Answering calls and handling incoming communications professionally
• Updating systems, spreadsheets, and customer portals accurately
• Reviewing work orders, paperwork, and internal processes for completion
• Helping maintain organization across multiple departments
• Ensuring all information and communication is documented properly
